Daily responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand online marketing needs and business drivers, then create, strategize and implement online marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain projects timelines and deliverables. Provide frequent status updates to key stakeholders
  • Strategy development and execution of online marketing campaigns across online media, including: websites, landing pages, banner ads, paid search marketing, email and social media
  • Publish content on client websites using such platforms as IBM Websphere, MS SharePoint and Sitecore
  • Strategize, build and execute complex, trigger-based email marketing campaigns through Marketo
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and pixel tracking, place ads (using retargeting and lookalike audiences), track performance and optimize
  • Continuous analysis of performance metrics for websites, email marketing and social media to provide recommendations to improve results and ideas for future program improvements
  • Follow online marketing trends and propose new internet marketing strategies to take advantage of emerging technology

A background in marketing and experience in the following applications would be ideal:

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Google Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets
  • Enterprise-level content management systems (IBM Websphere, MS SharePoint, Sitecore)
  • Google Analytics
  • Lucid Chart, Visio or related visualization tool
  • Email marketing systems (Marketo, Knak preferred)
  • Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva
  • Project management tools such as TeamGantt, Redbooth, Monday.com

The following personality traits are critical. Even if you don’t have the experience listed above, we’re open to training someone who has:

  • A natural curiosity and desire to find creative solutions to problems
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An eye for design
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines
  • The ability to work well under pressure

Although the majority of the work that we have is online, we also handle many other marketing services for our clients as needed. Willingness to learn quickly, move at a fast pace, think creatively and keep an open mind are the most important characteristics.
