Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Writing business requirements for technical, web-based applications
  • Developing system design solutions and presenting to client teams
  • Defining tasks for frontend and backend development teams
  • Conducting quality assurance testing and entering/tracking bugs in issue tracking system
  • Working with HTML, Javascript, PHP to troubleshoot and manually manipulate code (when needed)
  • Managing multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget
  • Maintaining Gantt charts for tracking project status
  • Updating the client with regular status reports to maintain expectations

Even if you don’t have experience with any of the tasks listed above, we’re open to training someone who has taken classes in software development or project management and can genuinely describe themselves with the following characteristics:

  • A positive, "can do" attitude that’s willing to do whatever needs to be done
  • Strong, dedicated work ethic
  • Proven demonstration of effective problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Unwavering attention to detail with an acute awareness that everything counts

Although the majority of the work that we have is online, we also handle many other marketing services for our clients as needed. Willingness to learn quickly, move at a fast pace, think creatively and keep an open mind are the most important characteristics.

A Bachelor’s degree (in business administration, marketing or computer science fields) is preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
